If you are looking for more information about Lindsey's yoga classes, please visit the following websites for class locations and times: Grayhawk Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Urban Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona. Lindsey is currently teaching Hour Flow classes at Grayhawk on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-5:00PM, and a Flow class at Urban on Fridays from 6-7:15PM.
